Reservation Policy

A deposit of 30% of the total cost is required to complete the reservation.
The reservation will not be considered confirmed until you receive a final confirmation email from the hotel.
Rooms booked by advance payment remain available until the next day check-out time, which follows the scheduled arrival date.
The booking that you characterize as "non-refundable" prepaid the total amount of the booking.

Payment policy

Payments can be made either by bank transfer or by Visa or Master Card,
If payment is not made as scheduled, the reservation will be automatically canceled without notice

Children and extra bed policy

Children 7 years and older are considered adults. One child up to 6 years old is free of charge when staying with parents and sharing existing bedding and linen.
Extra bed in a double room costs 20 Euros per night including breakfast.
A baby cot is available at no extra charge and upon request.
Maximum capacity of extra beds / baby cots in a double room is 1.
